Design

Prototype
Prototypes, created under the supervision of design and testing engineers, make concepts a reality. A variety of methods and machines are employed to produce your prototypes from the most suitable material.
Testing
Prototypes are subjected to a large range of testing procedures, using either your protocols or those we can develop for you. Engineers well versed in the use and implementation of ISTA, ASTM, Sears, GE and many other testing procedures can provide you with certified documentation that will allow you to meet legal requirements and your customer’s needs. Simulations can include structural, finite element, mold flow, thermoforming and blow molding analysis. Testing methods include package abuse trials, environmental conditioning, high altitude ship trials, incline, impact, clamp testing, vibration, shock and compression testing, stacking and racking tests, and product transport on a specific shipping route. Redesigning on the spot will save you from wasting time in the adjustment/re-testing/approval loop.
